In this full-time position you will be responsible for the daily management of a number of customers in our warehouse in Tilburg. The position falls within the Customer Excellence department. The Customer Excellence department consists of customer service, order desk and invoicing for the warehouse. There are approximately 8 employees working in this department. You are responsible for the daily operational process with a focus on evaluating and monitoring customer progress, incidents and processes in the context of customer satisfaction. You are the lynchpin within the organization between operational and supporting departments and the customer. In addition, you interact with the customer to optimize the processes and results between the customer and Versteijnen. <\/p>\n<p>Does the above position appeal to you and are you looking for a logistics challenge at Versteijnen?
